Mission

The mission of Strong Life Rescue Mission is to foster restoration in the lives of those in poverty, including those dealing with addiction or mental health issues. We coordinate resources to connect people to employment opportunities, addiction recovery programs, and crisis relief services. We educate and mentor individuals to be self-sustaining and develop spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being.

What We Offer

CPR - Client Provision and Relief

Strong Life Rescue Mission provides immediate relief and provision for those in poverty through the Client Provision and Relief (CPR) Program. Some examples of services and resources provided through the CPR Program are:
  • Clothing and coats
  • Laundry services
  • Toiletries
  • Shower
  • Blankets
  • Hot meal
  • Coffee
  • Water
  • Snacks
  • Seasonal items
After immediate needs are met, then we can dive deeper in individual situations with the HEART Program.

HEART - Health, Employment, Addiction Recovery, and Transition

Strong Life Rescue Mission offers an opportunity for growth and rehabilitation through the HEART Program. This program focuses on health, employment, addiction recovery, and transitioning out of homelessness. Some examples of services provided through the HEART Program are:
  • Individualized case management
  • Resource connections and referrals
  • Addiction recovery support
  • Celebrate Recovery lessons
  • Computers to apply of jobs
  • Resume development
  • Assistance obtaining required ID to be hired
  • Uniform and equipment necessary to start job

TAP - Transportation Assistance Program

Strong Life Rescue Mission helps to eliminate barriers by assisting in transportation required for clients to reach their goals.
